Craftsmanship
Every Busto & Sun hat is made by hand, one at a time, in our Topanga Canyon workshop. We use only premium materials—fine felts, luxurious straws, and carefully sourced trims—shaped through traditional techniques like steaming, blocking, and hand-sewn finishes. No shortcuts. No templates. Just skilled hands and a practiced eye.
Our custom process invites clients into the journey—from selecting materials and colors, to refining fit and silhouette, to adding meaningful embellishments. Whether it’s a hidden message under the brim or a signature shark bite on the band, each piece is made with intention, artistry, and heart.
