Refund policy
We want you to love your Busto & Sun piece. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it so.
Standard Orders
We accept returns on eligible online purchases within 7 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To start a return, please email us at custom@bustoandsun.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label. Please do not send items back without contacting us first—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Custom Orders & Made to Order are Final Sale Items
All custom hats or products with any personalization or modification are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
We also do not accept returns on:
- Gift cards
- Sale or discounted items
- Limited edition or one-of-one pieces (unless defective)

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us right away at custom@bustoandsun.com so we can make it right.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, we recommend submitting a return request and placing a new order once approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received your funds, please contact us at custom@bustoandsun.com.
