Busto & Sun is a handcrafted hat and accessory brand based in Topanga Canyon, California. We offer both ready-to-wear products and custom-made pieces through our website, www.bustoandsun.com.
2. Orders
By placing an order through our site, you agree to provide accurate, complete information and authorize us to charge your provided payment method.
Custom Orders: All custom or made-to-order hats are final sale and non-refundable once production begins.
Standard Orders: You may return eligible online purchases by contacting us at custom@bustoandsun.com. Return approval and instructions will be provided case-by-case.
3. Shipping & Fulfillment
We do our best to ship all orders promptly. Please note:
- Custom hats typically require additional production time.
- You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
- We are not responsible for delays due to carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses.
4. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted on eligible standard products within 30 days of delivery. All custom hats or products with modifications are final sale and not eligible for return.
