Always handle your hat with care to maintain its shape and structure.

Use both hands when picking it up. For 220g cowboy hats or any hat with a shaped/flanged brim, it’s best to lift and hold by the brim. For lighter-weight hats, support them by the crown.

When not wearing your hat, rest it on a flat, padded surface.

• For cowboy hats or any shaped-brim styles, place them crown down.
• For flat-brim hats, rest them brim down with the crown facing up.

If your hat is designed to be foldable, avoid keeping it folded for more than 48 hours, as this can alter its original form.

• Use a soft, natural fiber bristle brush to remove dust from the crown and brim. Firm, even strokes will help refresh the material without causing wear.
• For an extra boost, expose your hat briefly to a light steam (from a kettle or iron held about 30–40 cm away) to sanitize and revitalize its feel.

• For minor stains, gently dab the affected area with a slightly damp cloth using a circular motion. This method helps lift blemishes without altering the texture or color of your hat.

• If your hat features a fabric or grosgrain band, gently wipe it with a soft, white cloth lightly moistened with a mild cleaning solution.
• For leather bands, use a cotton ball dipped in a few drops of cleansing milk, taking care to avoid any accent logos or delicate details.

• Should your hat get wet, gently pat it dry with a soft cloth.
• Allow it to air dry naturally in a well-ventilated area, away from direct heat, placing it flat with the brim facing upward to help maintain its shape.

• When not in use, store your hat in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight, humidity, and heat.
• For optimal preservation, use a breathable, moth-protected container or dedicated hat stand to keep your custom hat in pristine condition.
